Operation Bandana supports the troops

At the end of this month, Memorial Day will be a day to remember sacrifices that have been, and continue to be, made by our service men and women. Unfortunately, the emphasis of Memorial Day has become special sales at the mall and a long weekend for cookouts. The meaning seems to have been lost.

I would like to challenge you to do something this Memorial Day in memory of those who have willingly made the ultimate sacrifice and in honor of those continuing to make sacrifices daily. Operation Bandanas, through the Psalm 91 bandana, is providing our men and women in uniform with words of comfort, strength and protection. Visit www.operationbandanas.org and see for yourselves the impact these bandanas are making on our troops.

Would you, your church, business or organization consider partnering in this effort by promoting and providing a gift to Operation Bandanas? Not only will the soldier be blessed, but you will be blessed, knowing you didn’t just talk the talk, but you actually did something to remind them they are appreciated and not forgotten.

Executive Director,
